Product Overview
The MNS system is a highly versatile assembly that can be configured as a power center (PC), motor control center (MCC), or power factor correction cabinet. All components are housed in a standardized frame made of C-shaped profiles with a 25mm modular hole pattern, allowing for infinite expansion and internal partitioning. The withdrawable design ensures that functional units can be replaced or maintained without de-energizing the entire cabinet, significantly increasing operational uptime.
Product Features
- Modular Construction: The cabinet frame and internal partitions are modular, allowing for easy adaptation to changing power requirements and on-site modifications.
- Superior Safety & Isolation: Internal compartments are strictly separated into busbar, functional unit (drawer), and cable zones to prevent fault propagation.
- High-Density Drawer Units: The system supports various drawer sizes (8U/4, 8U/2, 8U, 16U, etc.), allowing up to 36 functional units to be installed in a single cabinet.
- Advanced Interlocking Mechanism: Each drawer features a reliable mechanical interlock with “Connected,” “Test,” “Disconnected,” and “Removed” positions to ensure operator safety.
- Corrosion Resistance: All structural parts are galvanized or treated with epoxy powder coating, providing excellent durability in harsh industrial environments.
Technical & Artistic Details
The MNS system balances high-capacity engineering with a space-saving design.
- Busbar System: Supports main busbars up to 6300A and vertical busbars up to 2000A, designed to withstand high short-circuit stresses.
- Thermal Management: Optimized ventilation slots and internal partitioning ensure efficient heat dissipation even under full load.
- Ease of Installation: Top or bottom cable entry options and a dedicated cable compartment simplify field wiring and maintenance.
