The YBM-12/0.4 represents a modern “three-in-one” modular design. The substation is divided into three main compartments: the high-voltage room, the transformer room, and the low-voltage room. This “European-style” layout ensures high reliability and a much smaller footprint compared to traditional civil engineering substations. It is highly adaptable to various environmental aesthetics, with enclosures available in stainless steel, aluminum alloy, or composite materials that resemble classic architecture.

- Compact & Portable: Occupies only 1/10 to 1/5 of the area required for a traditional brick-and-mortar substation, significantly reducing land costs.
- Superior Environmental Protection: The enclosure features a double-layer structure with thermal insulation material, preventing internal condensation and ensuring stable operation in extreme climates.
- Advanced Safety: High-voltage and low-voltage compartments are strictly isolated. All operations can be performed from the outside, ensuring maximum operator safety.
- Weatherproof Durability: With a protection rating of IP33 or IP44, it is resistant to rain, dust, pests, and corrosion, ensuring a service life of over 20 years.
- Flexible Configuration: The transformer room can accommodate either oil-immersed or dry-type transformers, and the HV side can use ring main units or load break switches.

- Ease of Installation: Since it is fully prefabricated and tested in the factory, on-site installation only requires cable connections and grounding, allowing for rapid deployment.
